An upper flap (4) of the cover part is arranged relative to a foot board and covers bedspring, where the cover part and the upper flap are maintained by a fixation system. The flaps are connected by a piping (2) whose width is equal to that of the flaps and that of an opening of the cover for passing the quilt.
