The method involves mixing an aqueous organic sample with a soil biogeochemical component with which the sample reacts. A liquid phase is recovered when the component is hardened. The micro-plate analysis of the modifications of a fluorescence is carried out, where the fluorescence is emitted by the mixture or liquid phase. The component is chosen among a microorganism, a metallic cation, and an ecto-enzyme. An independent claim is also included for a kit for implementing a method for determining biogeochemical reactivity of an aqueous organic sample.
