The invention relate to a method for determining the biogeochemical reactivity of an aqueous organic sample consisting in mixing the sample with a soil biogeochemical component with which the sample reacts, in recovering a liquid phase when the soil component is hardened and in carrying out the micro-plate analysis of the modifications of a fluorescence emitted by said mixture or liquid phase.
