The machine has chambers (10) extending along an axial direction, and delimited by cylinders (16) and pistons (15) of respective mobile central and peripheral spools (7, 8). The cylinders and pistons are mounted movable in rotation around respective central and peripheral articulation axles (11, 12). The spools are connected by a connecting rod (24) ensuring a homokinetic rotation of the spools around respective axes of rotation.
