The mechanism has a fixed chassis (10) closed at its end by two end plates (1), where each end plate comprises a cylindrical support (20) receiving free rotation of cylinders (4). A cylindrical housing (21) is off-centered from a length with respect to the support and receives the rotation of a central axle (2). The axle has crank pins (3) supporting double acting pistons (5). The pistons rotate around the pins with half angular speed and drive the cylinders in their rotation, with the half angular speed, around the support during rotation of the axle.
