The device has a guide (10) comprising a cavity for adopting a bone cortex (1) of a jaw (2), and housings for fixing the guide on the bone cortex with respect to teeth respectively arranged in framing planes (5) of the roots (4) of the teeth. Transversal slits (11) for guiding a cutting tool e.g. disk saw (20) and diatrepan drill, are arranged in the guide in planes merged with the framing planes. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a bloodletting device.
