The rim has two seats, where the seat (30) is axially extended towards the other seat by a safety boss (40) and has a truncated base (34) merging with a circular cone (46). The seat (30) has an inner edge (36) extending the base of the seat (30) towards the other seat, such that, on the side of the boss, the edge is tangent to a circular cone (48) coaxial to the rim and open towards the latter seat by an angle greater than 103 degrees. The seat (30) is arranged on the inside a vehicle. The circular cone (46) is open towards the latter seat and coaxial to the rim.
