The device has a different modular or built-in tone device with a micro transformer (6) presenting an orifice in which an LED is introduced, a microprocessor (10) and sound diffusing openings (3). The microprocessor generates a melody tone and a blinking of the LED when the user exerts an impulse on a call button (8). Two supply terminals are provided on the top, and two contact terminals are provided in the bottom to close the button.
