A product obtained by nodulization is prepared from a humid waste, generally pasty and/or sticky, from an industrial, household or agricultural mud which has been concentrated and/or dried so that its dried material content is greater than or equal to 10 wt.%. The product is in the form of essentially spherical nodules. An independent claim is also included for the preparation of this nodular product and comprises : (A) the charging of a humid waste from an industrial, household or agricultural mud together with a material chosen from water, mineral materials and their mixtures into a nodulization vessel; (B) the collection, notably by overflow, of the product in the form of essentially spherical nodules.
