The device has end modules (2) arranged to receive and carry ends of basic modules (1) whose central structures are presented under the form of a closed box. An intermediate module (3) is placed between the modules (1). A slat band chain type belt (6) is uniquely carried at the level of its upper strand. The lower strand of the belt is channeled between vertical walls that form an extension of the sides of the module (1).
