The vehicle has a trailer (1) including a chassis for receiving and transporting a sled or a stretcher, where the chassis is closed towards front and opened towards rear. The trailer has two upper cradles (12, 13) positioned above a transported person when the person is laid down in the sled or the stretcher. The trailer has two lateral side rails whose front ends are connected by a transversally placed part at which a drawbar (5) connected to a motor vehicle is integrated. Guide rails are fixed to the side rails to guide and position the sled during its transport in the trailer.
