The headrest has a swinging arm (4) and a shaft for connecting a lateral headrest (2) with a nape support (1). The arm and shaft permit to move the lateral headrest between retracted and sleep positions. The lateral headrest is housed in a recess (1a) of a rear side of the nape support when in the retracted position. The headrest laterally supports the head of the passenger when in the sleep position.
