The cover is conditioned in a conditioning unit by compressing to maximize the number. In the method filling is carried out by placing the cover in a mould, injecting a precursory mixture of flexible foam into an internal volume by closing the mould, and after expanding the foam, a flexible forming element is removed from the mould. The internal volume is filled by a flexible element and the cover is fitted on the element to form the cushion. The element is reciprocally connected to the cover. Independent claims are included for: (1) an automobile seat cushion; and (2) an automobile vehicle seat.
