The device has a file table (T2) with records, each comprising a field that forms key and another field that forms a pointer towards a key field of a persons` table (T1). A business table (T3) comprises a field forming pointer towards the key forming field of the table (T2), for each record. A user interface is arranged for the creation of a record in the table (T3), where the link between a record of the table (T3) and a record of the table (T1) is made by utilizing the table (T2).
