PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an image has an achromatic color under a certain light source has a different color with a color tone under the other light source. PSOLUTION: The first and second color measured results composed of respective Lab values (respective component values in a prescribed color space) of a Lab space are acquired by measuring the colors of a plurality of same patches (reference image) under first and second light sources, the first and second color measured values of the same patch are compared with each other and when a hue of a smaller difference between the first and second color measured results among hues in the Lab space is specified based upon the compared result, data corresponding to an achromatic component in RGB data (first color image data) are converted to CMYK data (second color image data) so that the hue of an output image becomes, the specified hue of the smaller difference.
