The device has a section assembly (2) assembled together to form a central structure and integrating a fixation unit (4) for fixing the structure to floats (1). The unit (4) is blocked between the assembly and the sailboards, at a front of the sailboard, by using a simple screw/nut system. The assembly integrates a damper (3) which is arranged between the structure and shells of the floats.
