The device has elongated arms (10, 10`, 17) extended between bearing plates (6, 7) and panel supports (13, 14), where each arm is fixed at its respective ends to one of the plates and one of the supports. The arms have specific directions diverging in the same vertical plane to form a triangular device. One of the arms has an adjusting unit (11) adjusting its length so as to adjust the inclination of a panel (3) with respect to a support (4). The connected ends of the arms are fixed to the support side bearing plate, and the spaced ends of the arms are fixed to the panel side panel support.
