PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-feeding tool for the rearing of laboratory animals, enabling easy water-tight coupling of a cap with a water-feeding pipe and the exchange of the water-feeding pipe.;SOLUTION: The water-feeding tool is composed of a water-feeding bottle 10 made of a heat-resistant plastic material and having a tubular mouth 12, a bottom-closed cylindrical cap 20 engaging with the mouth 12 with threads, a heat-resistant seal gasket 50 placed between the bottom face of the cap and the tip end of the mouth of the bottle body, a hollow cylindrical thick-walled part 52 formed at the center part of the seal gasket, and a water-feeding pipe 30 fitting to the hollow part of the thick-walled part in a water-tight and detachable state and having a water-feeding hole at the tip end. The bottom part 22 of the cap 20 has a boss hole 24 at the center, the thick-walled part 52 of the seal gasket 50 is water-tightly fit with the boss hole 24, and at least the outer surface of the bottom part 22 of the cap and the exposed part of the thick-walled part 52 are covered with a metal plate 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
