REFILL FOR BALL POINT PEN AND WRITING UTENSIL OR ELECTRONIC PEN EQUIPPED WITH THIS REFILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill for a ball point pen which is free from ink leakage due to ink back flow and has a successful assembling facility, and an electronic pen equipped with this refill.;SOLUTION: This refill for the ball point pen is structured of a ball pen tip, embracing a ball in a freely rotating manner, which is fitted to the apex of an ink accommodating tube directly or through a tip holder. In this refill, an ink for the ball point pen is directly packed inside the ink accommodating tube and behind the ink, an ink back flow checking plug made of a polymer porous element or a fiber converging element, is arranged separately from the ink. The outside diameter of the ink back flow checking plug is larger than the inside diameter of the ink accommodating tube. Besides, the ink back flow checking plug has a forcing-in part which comes into contact under pressure with the ink accommodating tube, and an insertion part, with a maximum outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the ink accommodating tube, which is formed at the end part of the tip side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
