METHOD FOR RECYCLING USED BRICK, RECYCLED REFRACTORY RAW MATERIAL FOR MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY PRODUCED USING THE SAME, AND MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a used brick adjusting a recycled refractory raw material to a particle size distribution suitable for recycling, increasing the recycling amount of the used brick, and suppressing the amount of disposal, and to provide a recycled refractory raw material for monolithic refractory produced using the same and the monolithic refractory.;SOLUTION: The method for recycling a used brick comprises a crushing step of crushing a used brick X; a rough classification step of classifying the crushed used brick into a massive material Xa and a remainder Xr; a fine classification step of classifying the remainder Xr into a course grain Xb and a fine grain Xc; and a raw material production step of mixing the course grain Xb and the fine grain Xc at a predetermined rate to produce a recycled refractory raw material for monolithic refractory. The course grain Xb obtained as a surplus in the raw material production step is sent to the crushing step and crushed together with the used brick X.
