PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation-resistant film compatibly having the oxidation resistance, the ductility and the toughness during the long time service, and its deposition method.;SOLUTION: A MCrAlY layer mainly containing a MCrAlY alloy (where, M denotes at least one kind of element out of Co and Ni) is deposited by thermal spraying or vapor deposition on a base material having a heat-resistant metal.
