PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to collision analyze using finite element method while considering the spot welding breakage while making the displacement at the time of the spot welding breakage is coincident with the result of experiment.;SOLUTION: Displacement L₀ to the load P₀ at th time of breakage of the spot welding is measured by the experiment using a jig, the load P_virtual corresponding to the displacement L0 at the time of breakage of spot welding measured in the experiment is derived from the relation R2 between the load F in the welded part and the displacement L derived from the collision analysis using the finite element method, and the load P_virtual is set as the welding breakage limit.
