摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive circuit and a technique reducing bias errors induced from vibrations in inertial sensors.;SOLUTION: The adaptation circuit for reducing errors, induced from vibration and impact in inertial sensors, containing a proof mass and a detecting electrode, includes a detecting bias voltage supply, a charge amplifier, a means detecting and/or predicting external vibrations and impacts with respect to inertial sensors, and a means for selectively adjusting the damping of proof mass movement and/or the gain sensitivity of a charge amplifier, in response to external vibrations and impacts with respect to inertial sensors. A damping resistance element can be used to dampen the proof mass movement. Moreover, the gain sensitivity of the rate signal outputted from the charge amplifier can be adjusted, in response to external vibrations and impacts with respect to inertial sensors. During operation, by adjusting the damping and/or the gain sensitivity, generation of signal saturating or clipping is prevented in a sensing circuit, resulting in the possibility of functioning of the inertial sensors, even during the period of vibration and impact.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
