The horizontal portion 39 extends in a vehicular width direction. The vertical portions 40 bends and extends downward from both sides in the vehicular width direction of the horizontal portion 39, and lower end portions 42 thereof are united to a chassis frame 2. The notch portion 41 is formed on the vertical portion 40, and stress is concentrated when a load in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction is inputted to the vertical portion 40.
