PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise controller and an active vibration controller capable of inhibiting reduction in noise cancellation effect in a cabin even if an analog electronic circuit composing the active noise controller has degraded with time.;SOLUTION: This active noise controller 10 renews correction values recorded in a reference signal generating device 30 using a correction value table 28 which records correction values for renewing correction values corresponding to signal transmission characteristics from a speaker 18 to a microphone 20, thereby minimizing drift generated between correction values corresponding to actual signal transmission characteristics from the speaker 18 to the microphone 2 after operating during a predetermined time and correction values initially set in the reference signal generating device 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
