PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a transportation system to get automatically a certificate of delayed departure or arrival of the transportation system.;SOLUTION: A transportation information management device 1A gets and stores information about a delay on the specified line of a transportation system and transmits the stored delayed-line information to a ticket inspecting device at the station (or a bus toll device). When a mobile phone 2 for the toll gate passes through the toll device, the toll device writes the information about the delay on the line into the mobile phone 2 in concurrent with a toll processing in the mobile phone 2. The information about delay on the line written into the mobile phone 2 is read by an information terminal device 3 installed at enterprises and schools or the like, and either the enterprises or the schools make certificate information about the delay on the basis of the transmitted information about the delay and register it in a management server 4 at the center.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
