MOTOR DRIVEN DISC BRAKE, MOTOR/CONTROL DEVICE UNIT FOR THE SAME, AND MOTOR DRIVEN DISC BRAKE ASSEMBLING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driven disc brake which is easy to assemble and whose operation can be checked before assembled. PSOLUTION: A piston unit 9 is assembled integrally with a piston 14, a ball lamp mechanism 19, a differential reduction gear mechanism 20 and a pad wear compensation mechanism 21. A motor/control device unit 10 is assembled integrally with a motor 39, a resolver 40, and a drive control device 42. A motor driven caliper 7 is assembled with the piston unit 9 inserted into a cylinder part 11 of a caliper body 8 and the motor/control device unit 10 mounted thereon. The operation of the motor/control device unit 10 before assembled on the motor driven caliper 7 can be checked by energization, and so the malfunction can be easily found.
