PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MTI (Moving Target Indicator) device and an MTI processing method, capable of reducing an unerased clutter signal, while reducing the operating load on the operator.;SOLUTION: A plurality of MTI signals output for each prescribed processing period is added, respectively to execute scan integration divided by the number of the plurality of MTI signals, and a signal exceeding the prescribed threshold level is determined as the unerased clutter signal, out of signals after scan-integration-processed. A filter data for changing a filter characteristic of a multiple Doppler filter circuit is generated to bring the number of the unerased clutter signals into an upper limit value or less, in a counted result of the unerased clutter signals, and the filter characteristic of a multiple Doppler filter circuit is changed based thereon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
