PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently calculate a breaking limit line when the breaking limit of a thin sheet in a step containing at least one deformation route change is judged to judge the breaking limit with high estimate precision.;SOLUTION: A breaking limit stress line, the hole widening ratio of which is converted to stress, is set to the criteria of breaking, and data acquired from the analysis of a numerical value using a finite-element method and the relation of the breaking limit stress line are compared with each other to quantitatively evaluate the breaking danger of a material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
