PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a physical external force applied to part of an optical fiber ring and its position, and prevent the optical fiber from being easily cut.;SOLUTION: An optical fiber intrusion monitoring device 1 comprises an optical fiber vibration sensor detector 43 including two light sources differed in wavelength and two kinds of light receiving parts detecting interference lights corresponding to the two light sources; a first branching coupler 45 connected with each light source and each light receiving part of the optical fiber vibration sensor detector 43; a vibration sensor optical cable 63 having one end side connected to the first branching coupler 45, which constitutes an optical fiber ring interference vibration sensor; and a second branching coupler 47 connected to the other end side of the vibration sensor optical cable 63.
