PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification fusion furnace lifetime cost management support system and gasification fusion furnace lifetime cost management supporting method capable of predicting the minimum lifetime cost under an optimum operating condition by estimating lifetime cost of a gasification fusion furnace on the basis of data about actual operation results.;SOLUTION: A combination of a fusion furnace refractory material wear amount, a boiler wear amount and a power generation efficiency, which is suitable to an operation target value determined in advance and minimizes corresponding lifetime cost, that is, parameter values in respective operating state estimation models of the fusion furnace refractory material wear amount, the boiler wear amount and the power generation efficiency are determined, an operating condition that minimizes lifetime cost in the gasification fusion furnace in particular is determined, and an optimum operating condition is made a database so that the technological tradition of an operating method with low lifetime cost can be supported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
