PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant lifetime cost management support system and a plant lifetime cost management support method capable of predicting a lifetime cost minimized in an optimum operation condition for each operation and capable of supporting the team organization of operators ID so that total sums of their lifetime costs are made to be substantially equal to one another.;SOLUTION: IDs of operators are identified in each operation, and the operation condition is changed for predicting a lifetime cost as the total sum of an operation cost and a maintenance cost for each operator. The lifetime cost minimized under the optimum operation condition is predicted, and based on the predicted lifetime cost of each operator, the team organization of the operators (ID) is decided so that averages of the lifetime costs are made to be substantially equal to one another.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
