PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing efficiency of an overall system by controlling the active/dormant state of a simulation element executed by each logical processor according to the simulation conditions in a distributed simulation system. PSOLUTION: Focusing on the simulation conditions which cause variations in processing loads of individual simulation elements and frequency of event exchanges between simulation elements, the execution allocation of simulation elements to the logic processor is carried out according to the simulation conditions. Specifically, for each simulation element 102, a simulation element execution control part 104 specifies another simulation element to which or from which a data is sent or received, and determines the frequency of the sending and receiving of data to and from the specified simulation element. Based on the determination result, an execution processor that executes the simulation element is selected from the plurality of the processors 101 for each of the plurality of the simulation elements.
