PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site process situation-adaptable work support system allowing a proper change of work contents instructed to a site according to a site situation. PSOLUTION: Output of a sensor 15 and a measurement device 18 is taken in via an information sharing network 12, a work process is stored in a work procedure definition table 6, a change of the work procedure definition table 6 according to a prescribed condition is stored in a condition decision table 7, storage contents of the work procedure definition table 6 are changed in reference to the condition decision table 7 according to the output of the sensor 15 and the measurement device 18, and a result thereof is displayed on a mobile terminal 16 or a site terminal 17.
