PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager to collectively manage whether an article presented on an electronic bulletin board is read by users and to grasp and manage whether each user understands contents of the article.;SOLUTION: In electronic bulletin board of a web system for using personnel database 7 to grasp users and using an electronic bulletin board database 8 to execute article display, individual articles are displayed and quizzes that can confirm the understanding of the contents of the articles are displayed at the same time, and it is possible to manage whether the articles are read or not read according to quiz execution results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
