PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authoring support device which can reduce the load on users when making comments in the temporally large area in the content.;SOLUTION: In the authoring support device 1, the content memory 16 stores contents including at least images. When the user instructs to write comments while reproducing the contents or at a pause, the comment input section 11 inputs the comment from the user. The scene discriminator 14 discriminates the kind of the predetermined scenes to write comments based on the input contents. The scene extraction section 12 extracts the information showing the predetermined scene according to the discriminated kind of scenes.
