PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a core-shell fine particle which is formed into a submicrometer size without swelling a core fine particle, separates the functions of the core fine particle and a shell layer, and can sufficiently exhibit the function as a functional composite fine particle, and a method for producing a monodispersed crosslinked fine particle which can obtain a fine particle having a uniform particle diameter and high crosslinking density by a simple method. PSOLUTION: The method for producing a core-shell fine particle 10 comprises compounding a monomer with a crosslinked fine particle 11 containing alkoxyamine groups 12 and heating the resulting compound at 100-180°C to perform graft polymerization. The method for producing the crosslinked fine particle 11 comprises allowing a seed particle to absorb a monomer mixture, and thereafter polymerizing the monomer mixture containing 15-99 mass% crosslinkable monomer and 1-85 mass% alkoxyamine group-containing monomer by a polymerization initiator.
