RESIN COMPOSITION FOR EASILY SURFACE-SHAPABLE SHEET, EASILY SURFACE-SHAPABLE SHEET, AND LAMINATE OF EASILY SURFACE-SHAPABLE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an easily surface-shapable sheet forming a sheet which can form a shape by thermal imprint lithography and is excellent in long-term stability during storage, and to provide the easily surface-shapable sheet and a laminate of the easily surface-shapable sheet.;SOLUTION: The resin composition of the sheet satisfies the following requirements: (1) the weight-average molecular weight Mw in terms of polystyrene by GPC is 10,000-100,000; and (2) the content W of a component having a molecular weight in terms of polystyrene of 5,000 or less is 3 wt.% or less, the content W being based on the integration of the whole molecular weight in the molecular weight distribution curve by GPC. The easily surface-shapable sheet is obtained by processing the resin composition for the sheet. The laminate of the easily surface-shapable sheet is a laminate composed of a plurality of resin layers consisting of a layer composed of the easily surface-shapable sheet and a resin layer as a support, wherein the easily surface-shapable sheet layer is at least disposed as the surface layer of the laminate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
