PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for confirming the limit of the height of a vehicle easily installable even in an existing parking area at low cost in a short period and capable of instantaneously discriminating whether the height of a vehicle to be entered is within a height limit or not.;SOLUTION: A light beam radiating device 23 for horizontally radiating a colored laser beam 24 at a wide angle in the other side direction of the vehicle 12 is installed on one side of the vehicle 12 stopped at a stop position at a vehicle height limiting height H. A wall surface 13b onto which the colored laser beam 24 radiated from the light beam radiating device 23 is projected onto the other side of the vehicle 12.
