SUPPER QUICK-HARDENING HIGH-FLUIDITY CEMENT COMPOSITION AND MORTAR OR CONCRETE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide super quick-hardening high-fluidity mortar or concrete having excellent flowability, capable of suppressing the occurrence of sedimentation (material separation) and having excellent strength development while securing sufficient pot life.;SOLUTION: The super quick-hardening high-fluidity cement composition contains Portland cement, calcium aluminate having molar ratio CaO/Al₂O₃ of 0.75-1.5, gypsum anhydride, calcium hydroxide, lithium carbonate, an alkali metal carbonate except lithium carbonate, an organic acid, a fluidizer and a gas foaming agent. It is preferable that the gypsum anhydride is acidic gypsum anhydride and the gas foaming agent is a percarbonate. The mortar contains the super quick hardening high fluidity cement composition and fine aggregate and the sphericity of the fine aggregate is preferably ≥0.8. The concrete is obtained by blending coarse aggregate in the mortar and the sphericity of the coarse aggregate is preferably ≥0.8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
