PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-high-strength high-fluidity concrete which has a high strength development and a high fluidity while admixing a large amount of by-products and exhibits a water-binder ratio of 14.0% or less and a compressive strength exceeding 200 N/mm.SOLUTION: There is provided an ultra-high-strength high-fluidity concrete which comprises the following (a) to (e): (a) a hydraulic binder having (a-1) to (a-3), (a-1) 35 to 69 mass% of cement, (a-2) 5 to 15 mass% of a siliceous fine powder derived from a by-product having a BET specific surface area of 15 to 25 m/g, (a-3) 21 to 60 mass% of a siliceous fine powder derived from a by-product having a BET specific surface area of 1 to 3 m/g (provided that the entire hydraulic binder is defined as 100 mass%); (b) a coarse aggregate having a maximum particle diameter of 10 to 20 mm, an absolute dry density of 2.60 g/cmor more and a water absorption rate of 1.20 mass% or less; (c) an artificial high-density fine aggregate having a maximum particle diameter of 5 mm or less, an absolute dry density of 2.90 g/cmor more and a water absorption rate of 0.90 mass% or less; (d) a chemical admixture; and (e) water.
