PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-high-strength high-fluidity cement composition which has a high strength development and a high fluidity and is capable of achieving a compressive strength of 200 N/mmSP2/SP, even in an ultra-high-strength region characterized by a water-binder ratio of 18.0%, and a hardened body of an ultra-high-strength high-fluidity cement. PSOLUTION: The ultra-high-strength high-fluidity cement composition comprises: a hydraulic binder prepared by replacing 10-30 wt.% of cement by a silica fine powder having a specific surface area measured by the BET method of 1-20 mSP2/SP/g; one or more kinds of artificial high-density fine aggregate(s) having a maximum grain size of 1.2 mm, a density in oven-dry condition of 2.90 g/cmSP3/SPand a water absorption of 0.90% and a chemical admixture, and chosen from the group consisting of a ferronickel slag fine aggregate, a copper slag fine aggregate and an electric arc furnace oxidizing slag fine aggregate; and a chemical admixture.
