PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transmission of vibration generated by rotation of an anode to an X-ray holding device, and to reduce leakage of noise to the outside of an X-ray tube container, in a rotation anode X-ray tube device, since the vibration generated in an X-ray tube by rotation of the anode is transmitted to an X-ray detector through the X-ray tube device and the X-ray holding device to cause deterioration of resolution of a photographed image, and noise generated in the inside of the X-ray tube by rotation of the anode gives a person to be inspected an uncomfortable feeling and uneasiness.;SOLUTION: In this rotation anode X-ray tube device, an outer cylindrical part 3 which has been conventionally manufactured by aluminum casting is manufactured by using a stainless foam metal having a closed cell structure. Transmission of vibration to the X-ray holding device and leakage of noise of the X-ray tube container 1 can be reduced by vibration isolating and noise insulating characteristics which the foam metal having the closed cell structure has.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
