WASTE MELTING EQUIPMENT GRANULATION WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good quality slug without installing a cleaning tank by preventing exhaust gas which flowed out of a cinder notch from flowing downward and to prevent the slug from being fixed to a collision wall face and granulation water from being polluted.;SOLUTION: The waste melting equipment is equipped with the cinder notch for discharging slug from a waste melting furnace. The slug discharged from the cinder notch is solidified by being cooled with water in a slug cooling device via a slug discharge passage. The waste melting equipment is further equipped with an exhaust gas delivery portion from the cinder notch above the slug discharge passage. A combustion gas flow is formed at the cinder notch slug outflow end or therebelow in the direction to cross the slug discharge passage, and exhaust gas exhausted from the cinder notch and the granulation water for cooling the slug are prevented from coming into contact with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
