PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for reporting a delay prediction time obtained by predicting a delay time at a station where a user actually gets on or off when a line of a transportation means has delay.;SOLUTION: In a management terminal 201 that the transportation means 200 manages, user information 209 on a use line, getting-on/off stations, a contact place mail address, etc., is previously registered for each user. If the line has delay, delay prediction times at the stations where the user of the delayed line gets on and off are predicted by a delay prediction section 20a based upon the user information 20, and delay information report mail containing the delay prediction times is created by a mail transmission/reception section 209b and transmitted to the contact place mail address. Further, an alternative line search section 20c can report an alternative line. Further, information regarding a use period, use days of the week, use time periods, and a delay time permissible range of each user is previously registered in the user information 20, and delay when a user does not use a line and a delay time within a permissible range are not reported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
