PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's operability by providing an improved tree structure display program, a method and a device.;SOLUTION: A user selects a node in a closed state by fitting a mouse cursor to it and performing a single click etc. When an input processing part 21 receives this user's operation, an expansion reference node setting processing section 22 sets up the node as an expansion reference node of a display tree. After selection of the expansion reference node, the user inputs and specifies the number of the expansion display nodes by using a keyboard etc. A tree structure display processing part 23 automatically performs expansion display only for the number of expansion reference nodes inputted from low rank nodes of the expansion reference node sequentially from a shallow node of the hierarchy using the expansion reference node as a root.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
