PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved tree display program.;SOLUTION: When a node 4 as a display target is designated from a tree developed and displayed from an actual root node 1 positioned in an uppermost layer in a tree structure, a tree structure having the same type is formed and displayed when viewing the tree structure as a non-directed graph wherein the node 4 is disposed in the uppermost layer with the the node 4 as a virtual root node. By adding an arrow icon 40 to a leader line of a node 2 that is a parent node of the node 4 in a prescribed direction, it is shown that the node 2 is the parent node of the node 4. By adding an arrow icon 42 onto a route from the virtual root node 4 to the actual root node 1 in a prescribed direction, relative position relation between the virtual root node 4 and the actual root node 1 is shown.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
