PRIMER SET FOR DETECTING A. DELICIOSA

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple means for specifically detecting A. deliciosa causing food allergy in high sensitivity. PSOLUTION: The primer set comprises a pair of oligonucleotides designed based on a specific base sequence inherited to a plant belonging to the genus A. polygama in ITS-1 region of ribosome RNA gene of the plant belonging to the genus A. polygama. The method for detecting A. deliciosa is to carry out PCR using the primer set and detect the presence or the absence of an amplified product obtained by PCR. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
