PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a member who is the center of a dialogue in a small-scale community characteristic of blogs created based on users' communication activities such as comments and trackbacks. PSOLUTION: Information about each blog is obtained and stored in a blog information storage means. Based on information about the blogs, the characteristic amount of each blog is calculated. Using the characteristic amount of each blog, a determination is made as to whether or not each blog is the central member of a dialogue.
