PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder allowing a person to cut paper folded double or triply more simply and easily than a conventional paper holder, which is capable of being used by one hand, and suitable for a child, an elderly person, a sick person, an injured person, or the like, capable of using any kind of roll paper and being set and used by being simply inserted without consideration of the taking out direction.;SOLUTION: In a paper holder, roll paper is inserted in a body case 1. The end of paper is pinched and is pulled out over a cover 2 from behind the cover 2.
